InterStella refines healthcare data at the point of ingestion—transforming fragmented information from multiple sources into trustworthy, AI-ready intelligence that enables better care, better decisions, and better outcomes.

Our Story

InterStella was founded by healthcare interoperability veterans who spent years building and operating health information exchanges.

We experienced firsthand the limitations of legacy platforms: batch ETL pipelines that took months, data quality issues discovered too late, and architectures built 20 years ago for technology constraints that no longer exist.

Healthcare had become data-rich but insight-poor.

We saw an opportunity: Cloud infrastructure, real-time processing, and advanced algorithms had finally matured to make comprehensive data refinement practical at scale, something that wasn't possible when most HIE platforms were built.

So we built Lynqsys: a purpose-built healthcare data refinery platform that handles quality, governance, and standardization at ingestion—not months later in downstream cleanup.

Today, we serve healthcare enterprises that aggregate data across organizations: HIEs processing data from hundreds of providers, health systems unifying multiple facilities, ACOs coordinating independent practices, payers integrating clinical and claims data, and healthcare AI companies building on validated datasets.

Our platform processes 1M+ messages daily in production, proving that data refinement at scale isn't just possible; it's transforming how organizations leverage their data.
