At Interstella, we believe healthcare can only move forward when data moves with it — clean, connected, and ready for intelligence. Founded by veterans of health information exchange, our mission is to transform healthcare from data-rich to data-advised. Our Story

Founded by HIE veterans to solve legacy bottlenecks. Interstella was born from the lived experience of building and running health information exchanges. Our founders saw firsthand how legacy systems: with their batch ETL pipelines, siloed databases, and retrofitted architectures, slowed innovation and failed to keep pace with the rise of AI and value-based care. Healthcare had become data-rich but not data-advised.

We set out to change that. Drawing on decades of expertise in interoperability, data architecture, and healthcare transformation, the Interstella team built Lynqsys 2.0: a cloud-native, AI-ready platform designed from the ground up to handle the realities of modern health data. Alongside it, we created Data Refinery as a Service (DRaaS) and pioneered Whole Person Intelligence, giving organizations the ability to see beyond clinical records and into the full context of people’s lives.

Today, Interstella partners with HIEs, health systems, payers, and public health agencies to move healthcare into its next chapter. Our story is still being written, but our vision is clear: empower healthcare with intelligence that is as dynamic and multifaceted as the people it serves.
