About Interstella

We came to this work from healthcare data operations, not software theater.

Interstella was founded by practitioners who spent years inside health information exchanges and related healthcare data environments, where the consequences of fragmented and weakly governed data were felt every day.

Operator-led planning, quality review, and practical delivery ownership are part of how Interstella approaches the work.
Operating Partner

Interstella is built to work like an operating partner, not a distant software vendor.

Our team combines healthcare data operations experience, long-horizon strategy work, and practical delivery ownership so adoption does not stop at implementation.

In the Trenches

We bring multidisciplinary experience from HIE operations, delivery, data work, and platform engineering inside the environments we serve.

Durable Strategy

We help leadership teams shape a long-term healthcare data roadmap so the work compounds over time instead of solving one isolated problem.

Adoption and ROI tuning

Owning the Last Mile

We stay close to deployment, adoption, and tuning until the work is producing measurable value and the return is sustained.

What We Believe

A few principles shape how Interstella approaches the market.

Interoperability, trust, and measurable outcomes were part of the operating story on the legacy site too.

Trust requires both quality and governance

Usability alone is not enough, and governance alone is not enough. Both are required if organizations want dependable downstream data.

Operational evidence matters

Teams need more than assurances. They need clearer visibility into how data was handled and why it can be relied on.

Healthcare data work should be practical

Interstella favors operational clarity over jargon, and concrete downstream value over abstract product language.

Partnership is part of the job

Customers are not buying a slogan. They are working through real data environments with real dependencies and constraints.

Team

Built by practitioners with healthcare data, product, and market experience.

Interstella is a focused team with operating experience across technology, delivery, analytics, operations, and go-to-market work.

Vision

A healthcare system where trust is supported earlier, not repaired later.

Organizations spend less time proving whether data can be used and more time acting on it.

Downstream reporting, analytics, and automation operate on stronger foundations.

Healthcare data operations become more accountable, more practical, and easier to trust.
