Website and analytics information

Connected-service data

If you choose to connect an account from a third-party service, we receive only the information you authorize and that is needed to provide the requested integration. Depending on the service and features you select, this may include account or profile attributes; health, wellness, fitness, and activity information; records or files; device information; and location or route data.

Connected-service data is collected only after you authorize access through the provider’s authentication and consent process. You are not required to connect a third-party account to use our public website.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

When you request an AI-assisted feature, relevant inputs may be processed by contracted AI service providers solely to provide that feature. We do not use connected health or activity data for advertising.

We do not sell personal information or connected health and activity data. We do not share connected health and activity data for targeted advertising.

5. Connected Services and Sensitive Data

If you authorize a connection to another platform, Interstella accesses and uses information from that platform only to provide the features you request. Connected information may include sensitive data, such as health, wellness, fitness, precise location, or other information that receives additional protection under applicable law.

• We access only information permitted by your authorization and the enabled integration.
• We do not sell connected-service data or use sensitive data for advertising.
• We disclose connected-service data only to service providers needed to deliver the requested feature, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law.
• You may revoke Interstella’s access through the connected platform’s account settings. Revocation stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already retained by Interstella.

To request deletion of information previously received from a connected service, contact us using the information below.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security and business records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

You may request deletion of your personal information or connected-service data by emailing leo.pak@interstella.us. We will delete or de-identify eligible information, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
